5. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking numbers will become active within 48 hours.
- If your UPS/FedEx/AU Post tracking does not show updates after creation, don’t worry. This reflects the tracking of the final courier. Once the package is scanned by the courier, tracking will become active again. For additional information, please contact us at support@cosysafespace.com.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Cosy Safe Space is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs and taxes) are the customer’s responsibility.
